I'm titling this, "Should I be worried?" In case you don't know what you are looking at. My son heard about a McDonald's secret menu item called "A Mac Attack" and since we don't eat McDonalds, my wife made it for him. 8 layers of patties, 3 pounds. Looks like a heart attack, not a Mac attack. The sauce is 1000 island. So..... he has a size 13 shoe and only 11 years young, should I be worried? lol
