Good morning!

I’m planning to film new workouts for the rest of January. I’ve had many requests for low impact walking workouts, as well as longer, more intermediate workouts (the majority of workouts on my channel are around 20 min).. for those who want longer/harder workouts, what type of workout would you like it to be?
