One of the world's largest technology fairs, #CES2025, has just come to an end. For the second year in a row, I had the honor of being MediaWorld’s special correspondent, bringing Italy closer to the innovations shaping tomorrow.
This year, Italy truly stood out. Italdesign showcased the Quintessenza, a pickup truck that’s pushing the boundaries of design and performance. Meanwhile, the Politecnico di Milano introduced an autonomous driving solution that can be integrated into any car, using sensors, cameras, and a supercomputer. Beyond automotive, it’s impossible to ignore the growing presence of robotics. Each year, I witness technology advancing in ways that bring a robotic future closer to our everyday lives.
I’m incredibly grateful to MediaWorld for trusting me with this role again. Italy’s presence at CES this year makes me even prouder to represent my country and its growing influence on the global tech stage.

But now, with my green card in hand, I can't wait to rediscover the world, to collect new memories in iconic cities with my VFX, and most importantly, to reconnect with my roots in Italy, surrounded by the warmth of family and the familiarity of home.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Google's Playa Vista headquarters in Los Angeles. As a YouTuber with over 3.7 million subscribers, I was eager to see firsthand the work that goes on behind the scenes of this iconic platform.
The building itself is a masterpiece of architecture, and the interior is thoughtfully designed to create a productive and inspiring work environment. It is a converted aircraft hangar that was originally built to house the Spruce Goose, Howard Hughes's massive wooden flying boat. The architects at ZGF have done an incredible job of preserving the historic structure while also creating a modern and functional workplace.
The new office is home to a variety of amenities, including offices, meeting rooms, dining facilities, event spaces, and employee amenities. The design is intended to promote collaboration and creativity, and it features a variety of open and collaborative spaces.
We often take for granted the convenience and speed of the internet. We forget that everything we see online is the result of the hard work and dedication of thousands of people.
Settling into my new home in Los Angeles, it’s impossible not to reflect on what brought me here. From those humble beginnings, uploading my first videos, to the uncertainty of what the future held, it's been a wild ride.
