As we discussed last night https://youtu.be/LhuP_uudSV8?si=_OYya... the "Particularly Dangerous Situation" in Southern California is now officially underway.

So far 24 are confirmed dead, at least 23 are missing, and more than 100,000 have been displaced as entire neighborhoods have been destroyed.

We started seeing gusts of winds last night of 55-72mph across several different counties according to the National Weather Service and firefighters are bracing for possible "Explosive Fire Growth".

We'll have more on that as the situation develops and much more later today.

Frightening first day of 2025. At least 15 people were killed and at least 35 more were injured early this morning in a pickup truck attack in New Orleans amid New Year's Eve celebrations and then separately a Cybertruck exploded outside of Trump's Las Vegas hotel. Reports say both are currently being investigated as potential acts of terrorism.

NON-NEWS POST: As promised when I started this journey here is another Quarterly Health Update. ❤️🎉

It’s been 2+ years of slow progress and changes and I’m not done yet. Goal over the next year is to increase resistance training and “fill-in” 😅

The biggest positive change through all this funny enough though has been my mental health.

Im torn…

I binged through Fallout on Prime and it was fantastic, I loved it, I want more of it, BUT it made me question if I still like full seasons being dropped all at once.

There’s something nice about having a week to digest and talk about an episode. And I’ve enjoyed it with more and more shows in recent years. Whether it be The Boys with friends or Percy Jackson with my kids.

idk maybe I’m crazy. The Binge model was something I loved and advocated for when I first got Netflix a million years ago but it doesn’t fit into my lifestyle anymore. I’d love to know your thoughts whether you agree or disagree.
