However, my true passion lies in teaching. There is just something about synthesizing the science of humans, and health with my clinical experience to provide people with information that is easy to understand and can empower them to live happier and healthier lives!

Just like the stock market, you can't control your weight. However, you can control how much money you save and whether you invest in low-cost index funds. Similarly, you can control how often you workout, how much protein you eat, and whether you get a good night's sleep.
