Thought this was interesting. I'm assuming all of these battles are random encounters.

Doctor Octopus - Wins, no-low diff
● Dr. Octavius has greater feats of intelligence on a technical level. Otto and Bruce are relatively equal in terms of strategizing capabilities. Otto has superior speed, strength, agility, and reflexes. All because of his four mechanical tentacles. He's capable of grabbing Parker Parker out of the air and landing multiple hits on him. Parker is capable of effortlessly dodging Electro's lightning fast attacks. Additionally, Otto has the Devil's Breath toxin. Otto could easily use this against Bruce, but I doubt he would need to.

I think Bruce will try to immobilize Doc's arms, but will quickly discover how physically outclassed he is. I think Doc Ock wins in a random encounter.

Venom - Wins, no diff
● This needs no explanation. Venom would literally annihilate Bruce. Venom is too powerful, versatile, and durable. Bruce would be dead before he discovered any of the symbiotes weakness.

Bruce would try to analyze the situation with his detective vision to look for weaknesses, and they get his head chomped off.

Kraven - Wins, no diff
● Kraven's superior physical capabilities are already enough to overwhelm Bruce. But we also have to mention Kraven's combat skills, gadgets, and weapons. Bruce has superior hand-to-hand skills, but he's getting overwhelmed by Kraven's physically superiority. I mean, Kraven fought an enraged symbiote Spider-Man. I don't need to say more.

Bruce would see the size of Kraven and try to handle like Bane. But Kraven is physically stronger and faster than Bane. Bruce has no gadgets that would harm Kraven in any meaningful way. So Kraven would just kill Bruce with his hands.

Mr. Negative - Wins, no diff
● Also another easily victory. Mr. Negative has abilities Bruce has never seen before and would have on time to study. Mr. Negative's energy projection has Multi-City Block levels of descriptive capabilities. Also, Mr. Negative can summon a large demon with a sword and other demons to help him fight. Bruce is cooked.

Mysterio - Batman wins, no diff
● Quentin Beck's reliance on technology will cost him this fight. His virtual reality technology can be defeated by Bruce's detective vision. Even if detective vision was somehow unable to locate Beck. Bruce has dealt with similar mental manipulations and would find away around the virtual simulation.

Beck summons illusions to fight Bruce. Bruce uses his detective vision and demolishes Beck.

Electro - Wins, no diff
● Electro literally one-shots Bruce. There's no way around it. Electro is faster, more versatile, and has the ability to destroy industrial facilities like the RAFT prison at lighting speeds. Bruce wouldn't even have time to react to the situation. Also, Bruce has no gadgets that would permanently damage Electro before Bruce gets speedblitzed.

Vulture - Batman wins, no-low diff
● Vulture is a trash fighter and would get handled with no difficulty. Bruce can beat FirFly. I see no reason for him to struggle with beating the Vulture. Also, Bruce has multiple gadgets like the ice grenade that would cause Vulture to crash into a wall or something.

Scorpion - Wins, low-mid diff
● Scorpion's poison / acid is an instant win. Once Bruce gets hit with that thing, it's over. Parker was struggling against a single sting, and Parker has superhuman blood. So Bruce is getting demolished without time to create an antidote. Also, Scorpion can physically handle Parker. So he's around Multi-City Block levels of attack potency. He could one-shot Bruce.

I got absolutely demolished by two different viruses last week. The fight was BRUTAL. It left me scarred and deformed, but I assure you my resolve has never been stronger!!
