Owned and operated by the Vincent family since its founding in 1969, Shipwreck Beads was first located in a modest 750 sq ft building on the shores of Mud Bay in Olympia, Washington. Originally, a nautical themed antique store called "Shipwreck" that happened to carry a few beads. The children of the original owners took over in 1982, and "Shipwreck" evolved into Shipwreck Beads.

Shipwreck Beads has grown significantly & moved into a huge showroom located in Lacey Washington in 2003. With billions of beads in stock, they're practically bursting with beads!
