Lauren Sánchez, partner of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, wore a controversial top at President Trump's inauguration. Do you think it was an appropriate item of clothing to wear at such a solemn event?
Neil Gaiman, a former Scientologist from perhaps the most prominent Scientology family in the UK, has been accused of "SA" and various other types of inappropriate behavior by a number of women. As at least an OTIII, do you thin that his Scientology past has anything to do with his treatment of women?
Nora Ames has become a very polarizing figure in the ex-Scientology world. If the aim of ex-Scientologists is to get people out of the CoS, keep people from joining the CoS, and to ultimately destroy the CoS, or at least have the tax-exempt status revoked, are the recent (last year) actions of various ex-Scientologists really working to achieve those aims? Or are their online and offline behaviors and actions actually just serving to create chaos in the community, which simply serves to help the CoS? So, is Nora Ames helping to destroy the CoS?
Who is most responsible for the current Los Angeles Fires? from Wikipedia: From January 7, 2025, an ongoing series of catastrophic wildfires have affected the Los Angeles metropolitan area and surrounding regions. The fires have been exacerbated by drought conditions, low humidity, and hurricane-force Santa Ana winds, which in some places have reached 100 miles per hour (160 km/h; 45 m/s). As of January 13, 2025, the wildfires have killed at least 24 people, forced nearly 180,000 to evacuate, and destroyed or damaged more than 12,401 structures. Most of the damage has been done by the two largest fires: the Palisades Fire in Pacific Palisades, and the Eaton Fire in Altadena. They are likely the second and fourth most destructive fires in California's history respectively, according to Cal Fire.

In the post-Scientology world is has been revealed that behind the scenes Aaron Smith-Levin has been conducting an intimate relationship with Jenna Miscavige Hill. Based on her videos, it seems as though it was a very unfortunate break-up and now it seems as though he was conducting relationship with one or more other women while Aaron was seeing Jenna. If you have been a supporter of ASL up to this point, have your thoughts changed?
Do you think President Joe Biden should have pardoned his son Hunter before leaving office? In the 2024 US Presidential Elections two weeks away, there will be 2 major party candidates and a number of independent or minor party candidates (some of which have not yet been chosen by their party's conventions). I am limited to 4 choices here. (I wish I could offer more choices). Please vote for the candidate that you would vote for if you can. (If you are not a registered voter in the US, please leave a comment in the comment section.) As always, let's keep these polls fun and civil.
Many in the ex-Scientology community are working towards trying to get the United States government to revoke the Church of Scientology’s tax exempt status. I believe that this is a tricky situation because American governments generally do not want to be seen doing anything That appears to be an attack on religion in general or specific religious institutions. What government bureaucrat wants to say: no tax exempt status to Scientology because they're bad, and no to the LDS church because they already have too much money that they don't spend on charity, and no to the Catholic Church because of past and current abuses, but yes to everyone else? What are your thoughts on tax exempt status for churches?
