Complaining to Allah ﷻ does not contradict patience. If a person is in difficulty and complains and turns to Allah ﷻ for assistance is an act of worship.
قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أَشْكُوا۟ بَثِّى وَحُزْنِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّه..
He (Yaqub a.s) replied, “I complain of my anguish and sorrow only to Allah.." 12:86
However, what contradicts patience is complaining to the creation.

2. Preparing the deceased for burial when he dies.
3. Marrying off the virgin when she reaches the appropriate age.
