Paris XY are out to push the boundaries of live electronic music with a moody combination of atmospheric electronics and dark poetic vocals.

Paris XY, which comprises of Alice Smith (vocals, cello) and James Orvis (guitar, synths, drum machines), takes influence from a range of artists including Trentemoller, The Knife, Mazzy Starr, Massive Attack and Pantha Du Prince to name a few.

The Leeds-based duo state that the combination of both traditional and electronic genres is a key part to achieving their sound.
