My latest album KINGDOM is out now. It's not Western or RDR2 related, but if you're a fan of video game music in general, give it a listen. It's in the vein of Skyrim, Fable and Elden Ring (to name a few). I'm proud of it.
I've also made a substack where I will be posting some fiction I've written in a secondary-world called the Hierocosm. Fantasy, cosmic horror, science fiction and religion are the subjects. I have a couple short stories up and a few chapters of a serialized novel.
Over on my other channel is a guitar lesson for Main Theme from Soundtrack from an Imaginary Western. Check it out and let me know what other songs I should make a lesson for: https://youtu.be/0BRYJgTbZhk
Hey ya'll. Due to Youtube's recent change in ad policy, the Western Ambient tracks now contain mid-roll ads. This is not good for anyone- it ruins the immersion of the tracks, and results in less views. There is nothing I can do about this other than demonetizing the videos entirely. This is obviously not ideal for me- I put a lot of time into making these. In most cases, the tracks are entirely through-composed; meaning, I did not just write a short section of music and loop it for an hour like most channels do- I wrote an entire hour of original music for each. This takes a lot of time.
So I want to know what you think. I believe artists deserve to be remunerated for their work, if people find it enjoyable and consume it. I am not being greedy- I make a very modest amount of money from this channel, but that money is important to my ability to continue to make it (I have a LOT of stuff in the works, but again, it takes a great deal of time to create). If I don't make any money from Adsense, I need to make some in another way. For those who choose option 2, I will comment with links of ways you can support me and my work, so that I can continue to create more.
Please vote honestly, and feel free to leave your feedback below.
AVAILABLE NOW: I know ya'll like the artwork just as much as the music. Head over to Teespring and order a Soundtrack from an Imaginary Western tshirt!
