Great, awesome work. I applaud you for your ignorance and trying to hurt channels for no particular reason. Piece of craps don't own the video content, claiming it and then striking after a few days.

1. On Nov 21, 2024, 8:21 AM they claimed the video
2. On Nov 26, 2024, 5:20 AM it got removed.
3. The video was uploaded more than a year ago.

YouTube WILL NOT defend my side either way.

Due to a recent copyright strike that has impacted the channel I have to quit uploading.

Why?:
NIPPON COLUMBIA CO.,LTD. has taken down a few of The Rising Of The Shield Hero opening videos, altogether with KonoSuba because of an audio claim. It's the most stupid move since those videos had TV-Sized audio, not the full cover.

The claims were both audio and video claim at the same time and altogether belonged to the media company named Kadokawa Corporation, if they truly wished, they could have taken an action. The strike sounds like was done purely out of hatred. And if you search on YouTube for those two anime openings, you can definitely find many other examples, and especially when others had no permission given and have them published for way longer duration. Is that fair?

I had also taken extra countermeasures to make sure that the viewership is not impacted in Japan.

Another reason, counter-notification:
Upon counter-notification, YouTube has decided to reject it even when I had a proof from the e-mail that I received to publish. And it always has been like this, robots operating.

Additionally:
1. YouTube is a shitty platform for content creators either way. Only cares about huge companies. Smaller creators can go to hell.
2. I did not care about money, or monetization. Publishing videos and having people to watch them made my day a bit better. If I can't promote anime just by having intros and outros, then it's straight up bullshit. Upload only to hope one day to receive a strike or end the channel just cause someone decided to screw you over. Why permit the upload in the first place?

My most hatred goes to:
Nippon Columbia
Sony Music Entertainment, on behalf of Aniplex (they strike if the video is not geo-blocked in Japan or is being disputed / appealed)

Big thanks to Toho Animation for not being harsh with the content and allowing people to use some of their ownership.

> If only I could get a complete permission just to publish anime intros and outros, that would make my day. But unfortunately the companies do not care as much if you don't have money to pay for while they would still make a ton from the copyright claim itself.

P.S. I'm not earning anything out of channel and not planning on making it as full-time job. Uploading out of boredom. 160,000+ subs is a lot, more and more people comment - I get it. Either way, thanks for the requests but most likely I cannot manage every single one of them, maybe you'll see your upload someday, maybe not - I might give up by then.
