Welcome to Tales from the Tinkerage.

My name is Andy Pugh and I like to tinker, make things, fix things, build things, modify things and every other variation on doing stuff to other stuff. I do a lot of DIY at home from quite big jobs like fitting a kitchen or bathroom to small jobs like putting up pictures. If something is broken I will try and fix it rather than replacing it. I like playing with wood, metal (I would like to do a lot more of this), plastic, electronics, LEGO, robotics, etc. I don't consider myself as an expert in anything but rather as a jack or many (definitely not all) trades. I'm continually amazed at what the maker community produces and I'm using this channel to chronicle the things I do now, some of the things I have done in the past and more importantly my journey into the maker community rabbit-hole.
