Hi there, I’m Roger, creator of the Frampton Method and I just love helping and seeing people improve their mobility and freeing their body from any current limitations.
When people see me train, they sometimes ask if I’m an ex-gymnast.. which is an unbelievable compliment because of how inflexible I used to be. I couldn’t touch my toes, perform a resting squat or do basic movements that a human should be able to perform.
But the reality is… I know what it feels like to be the beginner in the room. I remember sitting in my first adults gymnastic class reaching to touch my toes and doing what they called ‘the basics’ so if you’re feeling nervous about getting started or believe that you need to be at a certain level of flexibility for this training, rest assured that we have you covered.
