In 2019, CRNA Michael Marsh saw a need for better rates and more efficient staffing, so he started CRNA Locum Jobs, an agency just for CRNAs. As a CRNA himself, Marsh knew he could answer questions and make the right connections at the facilities, and he knew he could get much better rates than what the large companies were paying.

Basically, Marsh had a vision for taking care of his fellow colleagues. He could do it better, for them.
