ROMODA
The Romoda Ensemble is a collective of the direction relevant for modern Russia, performing authentic Russian ethnic music. The musicians master the vocal traditions of the "late settlement" regions – the Russian-Ukrainian borderland and Siberia. This music is distinguished by a developed polyphony, richness of ritual and festive culture, good preservation of instrumental music (from overtone flutes to accordion), a variety of types of choreography (dances, round dances, dancing, quadrilles).
