Founded in 2005, Toledo Free Press is Lucas County's largest Sunday circulation newspaper. Toledo Free Press STAR, the Wednesday edition, is available at more than 700 locations, including Bowling Green.

Toledo Free Press has been named Best Weekly Newspaper in Ohio by the Ohio Society of Professional Journalists for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
