Here's another tip for the tool shed. Hope it is helpful. Obviously not the best knot but I've found it to be quick and easy to remember. As others in the comments have already mentioned, a bowline works great for this application. Let me know what knot you like to use.

Hey ya'll, as you can see from previous videos, I've changed hats. I searched for a long time since I wear a size 8 in hats and most manufactures don't go up to that size. Up until now, I've had to go full custom. Well, I finally found a great American company called American Hat Makers. They have a couple of models that go up to a size 8. Let me know your thoughts on this topic. Sharpening techniques are very different for everybody. Crafting ways to make it more enjoyable or challenging is something I enjoy working on. Can you think of a way to improve this technique in the video? Did it frustrate you and seem like a waste of time? Let me know in the comments what you would do different.

I've been out of town a few days helping with the hurricane relief efforts. I'm about 2 hours east of Asheville from the destruction. It's terrible. The videos online don't even come close. I'm back this week and working on videos. It looks like YouTube has also dropped a cool new feature starting October 15th. Shorts will have the ability to be up to 3 minutes. That means I can finally show more during each video without having to leave out key points. I'm super stoked about it. Also, we've picked up a few sponsors along the way. One of those being Lowes Home Improvement. I'll be releasing a video soon showing a great outdoor product they sell for camping. That video will be in the next week or two.

A lot of people have asked about our highest growth so far. I believe July had the highest stats since the channel took off in May of this year. If you're looking for more insight or have questions, please just ask. I appreciate every single person who has helped build this community. Ya'll are the ones who make this a well oiled machine. Looking forward to the fall season, my favorite. Camping is on the horizon.
