Drikung Rinchen Choling is founded in 2009 by Venerable Lama Thubten Nima under the direction of H.E. Garchen Rinpoche. The Center is supported by private donation and is open to the public. The Center strives to provide free teaching to the public so students will be able to attend events without financial burden.
Currently, Drikung Rinchen Choling holds weekly practice on Sunday mornings :
Stretching - 9:15 to 9:30 am
Meditation - 9:30 to 10:20 am
Amitabha practice - 10:30 to noon
Yamantaka group practice - 2:00 pm (2nd Sunday of each month)
From time to time, Drikung Rinchen Choling holds special events and invite teachers to give special instructions to the public.
