Overall Thoughts: I loved this episode, but it was so tough! Nobody gave their weakest performance, unlike last week’s show, so that made it really hard to rank! Labradoodle and Phoenix were the standouts in my opinion, as each gave stellar performances! Dame Blanche was robbed (by Zebra), Space Babe was better than last week, although I still think she should ditch the Spacecraft haha, and Zebra was good, but for me the weakest. So yeah, great episode! 😁

This season of The Masked Singer Brazil is crazy! It’s the first season in the ENTIRE franchise of the show to have only human-based contestants. The costumes are apparently based off of characters from TV Globo, in celebration of 60 years. Personally, I don’t like this idea at all, as it kind of ruins the dynamic of the show. 😭

Overall Thoughts: This was a pretty good episode! Although Doll should’ve been the winner of the episode, I was fine with the results. A highlight for me was the guest mask, Squirrel. He wasn’t a great singer, but it was fun to see a special performance! As for the other contestants, this wasn’t the strongest episode performance wise, in my opinion. Medusa, Monkfish, and Tik & Tok each gave their weakest performance, even though they were still good, especially Monkfish. Giraffe also gave a good performance, even though I didn’t like it very much when it originally was released last night. And Doll was fantastic, so that’s why she is in my first place. This version really has a HIGH bar. 🔥

Note: The performances on YouTube were blocked in certain locations, and unfortunately the United States was one of them, so I had to look everywhere else for them, including their website and Instagram. I also never found Tik & Tok’s performance for some reason, but it was the same performance as the one we saw before the season even started, at the Q-Beach house, so I’m basing it off of that.

Overall Thoughts: Another great episode, unsurprisingly! I’m so relieved Acorn was eliminated, as he truly is the worst singer from this version, and I’m still surprised he made it past round one! Better late than never, I guess! On another note, the wildcard for today, Labradoodle, was a total rockstar! He’s definitely going to be one to beat. As for the other contestants, Zebra and Dame Blanche had an extremely close battle, Phoenix blew us all away again, and Space Babe was good, but better last time. I still think she could benefit without the Spacecraft singing as well. 🎤
