My name is Cristelle and fun fact about me is that I was born in Haiti, raised in South Florida, and the food that I cook reflects those flavor profiles- I hope.
Though I am Haitian, my channel isn’t only limited to my ethnic background because I love all types of foods, and have over the years found ways to weave my Haitian flavors into all sorts of culturally different dishes.
My channel is about the foods that I enjoy cooking and eating- and I hope that I am able to respectfully pay homage to the fusions that I come up with.
Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and it’s eventually become a love language so to speak; my way of showing that I appreciate, care, and love the people that I cook for. In truth, I can say cooking has been that one thing that I have consistently been good at and I cannot wait to share my recipes with you all.
