Understanding Anger 2.0 | Making Sense of and Managing A Complex, Difficult Emotion

Support my work here - www.patreon.com/sadler or here - www.buymeacoffee.com/A4quYdWoM I am reprising and expanding a talk series focused on philosophical, literary, religious, and psychological explorations of the emotion of anger. This monthly series is anticipated to go on for years to come. In each session, we will focus in on one author or movement and how they analyze, discuss, reference, or otherwise engage with the emotion of anger in their work, and what insights we can derive from them. The format of the class has changed from originally using Zoom videoconferencing to now using YouTube Live for the class sessions. I will be presenting on the topics and addressing questions and comments from the participants periodically. This class may be useful for learners of all different levels and motivations. Insights discussed in the class may be useful for managing and understanding one's own anger as well as that of others. It may also prove interesting for better understanding the works of the people we study in the class.
