Mecklenburg County's Fiscal Year 2020-2022 Corporate Performance Report provides a comprehensive look at the activity associated with the Corporate Strategic Business Plan for that period. The strategic business planning cycle began on July 1, 2019. But, as occurred around the world in March 2020, many plans and initiatives were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
