30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE, FOR BEGINNERS

Welcome to 30 Day Yoga Challenge for beginners, "Flexible Body & Flexible Mind", where over the next 30 days, you will join me on the mat for variety or yoga classes, to improve your bodies flexibility, and once a week for a meditation to crate space between your thoughts and clam your mind. All classes are 10-30 minutes long with different yoga styles - slow stretches to improve flexibility, deep stretching yin yoga to improve mobility and calm the mind and somatic yoga for emotional healing. All the meditations are 10-15 minutes long, giving your body rest each week, meditations can be practiced on the mat or laying on your bed. This challenge is made for all levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced yoga students and yogis, but mostly it's perfect for anyone who is new to yoga and wants to deepen their practice. When practicing, listen to your body and make the practice your own - if some pose doesn't feel good in your body, feel free to modify or rest in Child's Pose. We start out this challenge nice and slow and from half way through we'll begin to build on and bring in poses that will create more heat and energy in our bodies. I'm so happy to guide you through this 30 day yoga challenge, allowing you to improve your flexibility and mobility not only in you body, but also in your mind.
