WILD & FREE: A YEAR ON A TROPICAL ISLAND

We are nutritionists, filmmakers, and the founders of foodmatters.com, who had a dream to move our family to Vanuatu, a remote island in the South Pacific, to experience the wonders and challenges of our new favorite place on earth. We wanted to stop rushing through our own lives and start actually living. Away from the noise, stress, and pressures of the modern world, we knew it was time to stop and smell the roses. Together with our family of four, we embark on the mission of slowing down, giving back and living more consciously. Can we live a cleaner, simpler, and happier life here? Vanuatu was recently voted one of the happiest countries on earth and it is classed as having one of the world’s smallest ecological footprints! What can we learn from the people here and their way of life? What makes them so happy with so little? Will it make us happier by living amongst them? There was only one way to find out. In Wild & Free, our newest series from Food Matters, we hope to inspire you to explore alternative options to living the status quo when it comes to travel, work, kids’ education, and spreading awareness about volunteer programs in third world countries. Featuring: James Colquhoun, Laurentine ten Bosch Colquhoun, Rangi ten Bosch & Hugo Colquhoun ten Bosch. Receive series updates here link.fmtv.com/wildandfreeseries
