Friends shared a few stories with much laughter and a few tears dressed in leather vests and bare chests. Sir Alan Penrod forever in our hearts R.I.P. Dr. Michael "Alan" Penrod was born May 27, 1963 and was called home on January 14, 2016. He was a lifelong teacher, helper, humanitarian, and would do anything for his friends and extended family with a smile from ear to ear. He is survived by his partner of nearly ten years, amazing family, and friends that always surrounded him. Anyone that knew him will remember that he loved life, lived hard, and will always remember that his laugh could brighten a room. Alan Penrod title holder of: Mr. Atlanta Eagle 2009 and International Leather/SIR 2011. Alan Penrod was also co-founder of Hotlanta Rubber & Gear Club and served as president of Panther Leather/Levi Club from 2011 to 2013. He hosted fetish nights at the Atlanta Eagle Leather Bar as well as Atlanta Leather Pride Weekend and Southeast Black & Blue Weekend.
