What muscle group is the most difficult for you to grow?

@JeremyEthier

It's always been chest for me šŸ˜©. Interesting to see how it's also the most stubborn muscle group for others as well. BUT I am finally seeing some improvements after modifying a few things - I'll make a video on it once I make some more progress! My calves on the other hand... Hopeless

Arms have been the hardest for me, then legs, even though I work hard on my legs and have seen slow progression and mass. Gains for me any area has seemed near impossible. But I have a muscular disorder which Iā€™m sure affects the gains and mass making it more difficult.

Cores. Like reducing belly fat and gaining cut core simultaneously

I swear shoulders are insanely hard to grow if you're natrual

Back and biceps. My legs are annoyingly the biggest I only train them once every 2 weeks because I cannot get my jeans over my quads. Genetics

Back for me. The technique for the lifts that build muscle are much harder for me than any other muscle and it doesn't feel like it builds as fast as other muscle groups.

Back for sure. I've been benching since high-school, and squats came naturally to me. Every back movement has been a struggle for me and has always been a weaker point.

Chest is tough. I've become quite strong in those lifts and grown alot of volume yet it still seems to be lacking compared to the rest of the body. Guess it depends alot on skeletal structure ie. shoulder width for the muscle to attach to etc... or maybe I'm just too fat

I struggle building everything but calves. Chest, arms, back, shoulders, and the upper part of my leg are all slowly making progress. Calves are carved of stone with seemingly zero effort.

I don't know why people hate on legs, it's the muscle group I have the best mind-muscle connection with. Leg press is without a doubt my favorite exercise.
