Recovery from a long extended bipolar depressive episode/mental breakdown/suicidal ideation. 25 months in total no cannabis 7 months consistent no alcohol but overall a good couple of years ( just a day binge drink certain time) 5 years no tobacco or nicotine. Just stuck in a loop of rumination on certain things, being deceived financially by certain friends and associates during periods of illness(Bi polar related) Finding it hard to forgive myself.

Continue on my weight loss journey. I have lost 30lb so far in about a month of totally changing how I eat and exercising and on zepbound. But also my mental health. My living situation is incredibly toxic and very temporary and it is very stressful knowing soon I need to find somewhere else to go.
