I see you like a bit of corned dog with your mustard Rik . My Nan and mum used to make corned beef when we were kids no pressure cookers cling film or food processors . It was slow cook for three hours shred with forks and mix butter in to the mix pack into a square loaf Tin cover the top with melted butter or beef dripping and a house brick wrapped in tin foil to press it .

Corned beef a staple.... always in my food cupboard. Not my husbands choice so I have to make a dish and freeze it for me.... So excited to see what you do with this great ingredient!
