I remember a friend asking me in high school, “What will we look like when we are 40?" And I replied, “Not sure, but I know I want to age gracefully.” In high school, grace meant staying physically fit and looking sharp to me.
Now, at 42, I still believe that being graceful means being physically healthy and much more than just physical. Having a flexible and strong mind, body, and energy makes me feel graceful. It's also about not reacting to situations but pausing with awareness.
Yoga helps me age gracefully; everything comes in line when I flow. I’m grateful to share the power of yoga with you.
A new chair yoga flow has been updated for you. If you haven't taken the class yet, here is the link.
