This year marks 10 years since the Winter EP came out, and I can’t truly express how grateful I am to everyone who’s purchased, streamed and invited it to be part of their lives over the last decade.
As a 17 year old music weirdo in high school, I often felt like an outcast in the world around me, so writing this EP became the only way I knew how to cope with and express the metaphorical ‘Winter’ I was going through internally.
Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that these little songs written in my bedroom would reach and connect with people across the world in the way that they did, and I’m forever grateful for it because in so many ways and over so many years this connection with you has made me feel so much less alone in the world.
And now, to celebrate the 10 years I’m so excited to announce I’m finally repressing Winter on vinyl as a deluxe edition which comes in blue and features 3 unreleased tracks and demos from the archives of the Winter era. The vinyl is currently being pressed and is expected for release on October 25 but pre-orders are available NOW on my website.
