SOYASOYANG - Soy Kitchen 豆食记

In China, tofu sticks, or fuzhu (腐竹), are a popular traditional ingredient with a long history – not a meat substitute! They are made by cooking soy milk until a film forms on the surface. This film is lifted, rolled into long tubes, dried, and packaged. Fuzhu contains three times the protein of tofu and can be found in Asian grocery stores. The sticks are versatile: you can stir-fry, steam, braise, or serve them cold in a salad. Preparation is super easy – give it a try!
