I remember i had an old Autisa in my dynomule i used when i learned to use a dyno. But it was on a Honda mb5 engine. I did a LOT of porting in that one, and dynoed at the sprocket(my first dyno was an enginedyno, not rolling road) as much as 24hp(70cc, bored out to 46mm) This would be about 20-21 at the tire. I added aux exhausts and spent hours and hours in that cylinder, i broke if i remember correct seven pistons on the way ;) They cracked. But what i´m on about is that i am impressed of those old Autisa, they were the best when i was a kid, still good =)

I have the cast iron 93cc barrel also. Ran alright back in the day and just picked up a +.5 piston off eBay for it. The problem is I need to weld up and machine a proper spec head to match it now.

I wonder if you can reclaim autisa barrels after they have been used to plus 1 over?

The standard AR heads are breeding (maybe I shouldn't feed them after midnight or get them wet?). I also picked up what I think is a cast iron copy of the Autisa barrel I am using...?
