MORNING WOOD & SLEEP 😴😬
Start incorporating sunlight first thing in the morning into your daily routine. ☀️
It will greatly improve your sleep and serve you for a lifetime!
Upon awakening in the morning, get some sunlight in your eyes and face as soon as possible - take your coffee outside. ☕️
Put your bare feet on the ground and let the first-morning sunlight hit your face and eyes.
Ideally, be out in the sun for 20-30 minutes.
This will set your circadian rhythm, help convert melatonin to serotonin, and make it much easier to fall asleep at night.
If you can't go outside, try to open the window if at all possible as glass has some UV-blocking properties.
Any amount of sunlight is better than none but 20-30 minutes is best.
Now, go be a BEAST!
