Pick the least voted options. LA, ATL and Portland are all great in their own ways, but all of them are already getting plenty of love on YT and in the food world, show us some hidden gems!

Charleston South Carolina is one of the top if not the top up and coming food scenes in USA right now. A lot of top high level chefs are opening restaurants because of the abundance of local farms, produce, and fresh caught seafood that is brought in daily without the high cost, stress and politics of the big cities.

St Louis, MO. Lots of hidden gems here. St Louis had the Old Vienna of St Louis Red Hot Riplets chip factory. Been in business since 1936. Also lots of local breweries and barbecue.

I live in Georgia and despise Atlanta traffic, but I will drive through just about anything in that city for a good restaurant! Some of my favorite meals ever have been from restaurants in Atlanta.

Sacramento, CA. One of the smallest cities and areas in the USA to be fully represented in the Michelin Guide.

Phoenix. Check out CCs on Central. It’s popping off. The head chef was on Ciao House.

I live in Seattle and Portland really could use some love right now. Covid, drugs, the political climate, completely destroyed that city. Some positive spotlight really could do some good.

I don’t see Buffalo, NY. Gotta include Buffalo. We have the classics but a lot of food diversity with having a substantial refugee population.

Hooker in Oklahoma is famous for rotisserie. Toad Suck in Arkansas speaks for itself. Alaska is often overlooked but I highly rate the town of Dead horse
