Simple mead I made from some locally harvested (Maine) wildflower honey, which I bottled last week. It's delicious and amazingly delicate despite being nearly 16%. That's my tipple this evening, and it's fantastic.

Your recipe: backwards blueberry mead. It worked really well. I still wish I back-sweetened it a little bit more with honey than I already did. But it is great non the less. I would personally give it an 8 right now. Using the Yee-old scoring system.

Mocha cold brew bochet Mead with rum chips and Strawberry Rhubarb Mead. I brought some to my friends shop and shared it with my friends. It was a big hit. I also brought some cranberry ginger mead for a friend (I'm making a gallon for said friend) and he liked it a lot. It's been going for about 3 weeks but I wanted to see if he wanted any flavor adjustments, he loved it as is. Have a great day!
