This reminds me of Jupiter, giant planet, symbol of expansion. Just as your imagination can expand, so too your ruminating thoughts. It takes practice, lots of practice to decondition & retrain your mind. But being at that threshold and seeing that ocean that will fill your heart with peace and glee helps me take that next step. (Sorry, not sorry, got inspired and carried away)
