I don't care if you are chief justice of the supreme court, the gestapo does what it wants.

Safely? It seems to me, those that stand on their rights are not safe around these tyrants.

If I even see a cop I get nervous. You never know what those psychos are gonna do. I feel safer walking through a bad neighborhood at night than I do around cops.

There is a Huge gap between Legally dealing with the police, and Safely dealing with the potential felons wearing a LEO uniform we are going to encounter in our daily lives.....

At 61 I knew the basics. NOW I know exactly what to do thanks to people like you, Long Island Audit and other First Amendment auditors.

A person doesn't have any protected rights because a self proclaimed hero can delete someone that "may" have a weapon and get away with it.

And this is why these bastards go around stealing peoples property and arresting innocent people to extort them

You can always learn more! That's goes to say for anything.

I know my rights extremely well! But as soon as you think you know everything about it you have lost! Always more to learn

I'm glad most people said they could learn more. We need that kind of honesty.

My husband and I tried the whole "we're not ID-ing thing" when the cops came to our house at midnight because a neighbor called and said they heard "screaming"..... My husband stood up for his rights, the cops REALLLY didn't like it and I thought for sure they were going to escalate the situation. They had separated my husband and I, and after I told them this was a retaliation move on my neighbor's part is when they finally left us alone. I do appreciate them "coming to the rescue".......... But there just wasn't any rescue needed..... And they seemed disappointed.... Like they really wanted to make something out of nothing.

Inalienable. It is the Key Word. It applies to all Human Rights whether Constitutionally Enumerated or not and all attempts to interfere with them by the State or others should be viewed as aggregious criminal behavior and countered with Extreme Prejudice.

Protecting our safety is what makes cops say they feel unsafe. Like they signed up for the job expecting complete safety. Cowards.
