Is copyright more aggressive??????

Lately, I've seen copyright being more aggressive on this platform. Both as a viewer and as a creator. Does anyone else notice?
Like, I spent 6 hours trying to upload the Biting Gold op, trying multiple versions, parodies, and even combinations of them. Some of them would straight up block my video from becoming public even without monetizing it.
And as a viewer, I saw more creators not being able to upload their content -like Saberspark's Bluey reanimated project.

So, does anyone else think that something's going on under YouTube's surface?
