Do you suggest removing perm hair color when switching to Demi perm root touch ups? I used your formula using SEQ 7NB last time to touch up my roots and I like the result, but since they had previously been touched up with permanent color, the blend could be better since it’s a more translucent color going into a more opaque permanent color that hasn’t faded. Maybe over time the permanent will just fade out and blend better with the Demi? My hair is colored level 7 at the root and the lengths are highlighted I’m using the Demi root formula to cover/blend my white hair which is mostly in one spot at my front hairline.
