Great vid btw and could you please do a video on the Werribee line and Altona loop. Also discussing whether a train to point cook should be built. Also could you please have a video where you discuss the best and worst and the strangest train stations in Melbourne. I hope that this is not too much to ask. Love your videos by the way. πππππππ

Wish I could've seen it, hopefully we'll get enough info on when it's testing so I can know when to be there. Or just dumb luck, that worked for EV120 (I've seen it twice recently)

Iβll be sad to see the comeng trains go but these look like they are very worthy replacements not some low quality imported train they took the design of another train and have it customised for our needs that makes a top-quality train! :)

*The X2polis has landed.*
This morning, the first example of our newest type of suburban train - the X'trapolis 2.0 - was transferred from Ballarat North Workshops to Newport Workshops, from where it will begin testing on the network in coming weeks. X2polis set No.1 was hauled by Southern Shorthaul Railroad diesels T386 and P12, with power van BVDY51 providing power for the EMU's electronic brakes. It was a nice surprise having this transfer running in daylight, and via Bacchus Marsh - I took these pictures on the Sunshine-Newport goods line approaching Spotswood, but if you want to see some much more extensive coverage, go and watch βͺ@PannierProductions9600β¬'s video of the transfer, which he chased all the way from Ballarat: https://youtu.be/HqMC1Smp1dU?si=6rZNv...
