If the finns are great, they hold ship and cargo responsiable. It will for sure put a second thourght to cargoowners, using the shadow fleet. 14 days of swedish warship to recover anchor + Research and filming 100 km of seabed + Cost of inspection and detaining Eagle S + Repair of Electricity cable + 2x repair of datacabels Against Scrapvalue of Eagle S and 35.000 tonnes of unlead gasoline, for sure no maritine insurance will pick up the bill :)

From what I can see and I am a mariner, the one side that's visible has its flukes broken off. That takes a lot of resistance for that to happen.
