I am a hobbyist. My first photo shoot was for my tween granddaughter. The instructions and tips you provided surely made the results much better. We got some nice keeper shots and her mother was thrilled. 500 pictures. I had some failures in exposure, focus, and framing but I learned a lot. I hope to get my teenage granddaughter to let me do some senior portraits for her. Canon 90D with an EF 85mm 1.2 lens and a Nikon Zfc with a Sirius 58mm 1.2 lens. I be watching more of your videos.

I am a hobbyist. For now, I want to keep photography as a hobby since I have a fulltime job.. I love to shoot events (such as Corporate events, Birthday Celebrations, Baby Showers, etc). I am still learning photography and love learning from your channel.

Well I shoot more as a hobby but last year I made $ 12,000 and I have my photos used in a local Newspaper here and there. So I guess I’m kind of a professional. I did 7 weddings. The thing is I have a full time job. But 12 grand for a weekend photographer with photos in a few magazines and newspapers ain’t bad. Oh and I do air bnb photos for clients. And I did food photos for two restaurant menus. This year my goal is 25,000$ so far I just made 3,000$ in January. I do photography on the side. So I am doing ok. I stilll don’t feel like a professional yet. I think a professional is doing this only without another job.
