While recording the Between the Earth and the Stars album, I reached out to the wonderful songwriter Amy Wadge to see if she had any songs I could record. I was thrilled when she offered me two incredible tracks, "To the Moon and Back" and "Bad for Loving You."
A little while later, she got back in touch with something special – a song she’d written about me and my husband, Robert. That song, "Older," completely took us by surprise. I still love it even now.
While I was on tour with my band, we'd perform "Older" as an encore, and I'd ask the crowds to light up the venue with their phone torches. ✨
