In this picture I perceive a 25 year old female named Surbhi who is in negative mood. She lives with her husband Binod and work as a milkwoman in the Rampur village. She earns a decent income by selling milk two times a day, i.e. morning and evening. One day, after usual morning work, Surbhi came to feed her cattles and found out that one of her cattles is lying unconscious. She tries her best to revive it but fails. Surbhi's husband along with other members of village panchayat had gone to collector's office for resolving issues related to medical facility in the village. She took the decision to go to the nearby medical facility for some help alone. The veterinary doctor was unavailable in the medical centre. Surbhi became anxious about her cattle. But then a medical staff informed her about Dr. Dixit who retired from AIIMS, Dehli, Veterinary deptt, few days ago and came to visit his grandmother at Jaunpur, a neighbouring village. As soon as he was informed about the cattle, he rushed to the hospital and went to Surbhi's shed along with Surbhi. He examined the cattle and gave her appropriate vaccine. She called her husband and informed about the situation. The Panchayat informed the lack of facilities at the medical centre in village to the collector along with Surbhi's case. Dr. Dixit was applauded for the work by the collector and villagers. The collector assured to improve the medical facilies at the village before next week . Surbhi had a sigh of relief when the cattle finally recovered after days of treatment and rest.
