He is a US Olympic Hall of Famer!! Sad to hear his passing. The ice skating community is definitely having a very difficult time with his passing and those upcoming skaters on the doomed crash yesterday night. Condolences to their families and those impacted.

Awe man my mother loved to watch figure skating on tv my mom would say "Dick Button and Peggy Fleming top legends in the sport the first ones skating on ice making the sport known" he was a commentator as well condolences to his family and friends skating community.

Button, winner of two Olympic gold medals and five consecutive world championships, died Thursday, said his son, Edward, who did not provide a cause. He was 95.
