Sorry, lady, but it's actually something you can get rid from your physical and spiritual system. Not to brag, but you are giving a wrong idea about the power of the mind. Bad news about it is you will never get rid of it. Good news is you can learn to minimize the intensity of it and help yourself to show more of your musical potencial. How can you do it? By practicing correctly, using "book marks"-trick for memorization, doing breathing exercises before and during performance and by learning to accept your mistakes.
