Not a terrible Ides but you probably should advertise your discord in your videos not at the start thi this will kill retention. this will generate more revenue. Make the Discord Acess free to generate more users and build a a tiered payed system within the discord to give early acess to your translations and other features this way it will probably be more likely to generate more income best of luck to you
