Rachel’s Fit Pilates

I have a poll for you ☺️
In addition to putting out new challenges this year, I want to expand my knowledge in new directions! I’ve thought about either learning about Barre to add to my workouts, or getting a nutrition cert to provide you with more support there.
If you could choose which one I do, which do you think you’d benefit more from? Vote below!
Thank you!! 🙏🙏

Nutrition could be different for everyone and should be tailored to each individual needs. I think barre would be very interesting and therefore choose the barre option. Thank you for your free workouts, definitely a life changer for me.

I agree that both would be amazing! Barre would definitely be new for me. And if I can do this from the comfort of my home, I'd love that!! I enjoy all of your videos so much and it would be so exciting to try something new. 😊

@LisaAnn-z7k

Both would be amazing, for sure. However, I'm leaning more towards nutrition. I know everyone's nutrition journey/needs are different, but to have a basic starting point & some generalized ideas would definitely be beneficial. Thanks so much for being open to our input. I hope you know how amazing you are & how much we all appreciate you.

At first I thought nutrition but since that isn’t one size fits all and I knew nothing about barre workouts I googled that and thought that would be really interesting to learn! Your format is also very easy for me to follow so I feel like I wouldn’t have a hard time following along a new type of workout with your instruction.

I've been doing Barre here and there for a few years now and would love to continue that with you but nutrition is also a good direction so you really can't go wrong with either if they both inspire you !

Nutrition is key..You know max what they teach in Barre but nutrition knowledge is something every one must aquire given the opportunity...Again, just my opinion. Good luck.

Ideally both, but then there are people here who belong to different countries, different cultures. So the dietary advice won't be applicable to everyone.
