I never been on the business side as a freelancer. Only as the client. So I probably lack in those areas if I was to ever try it.

Personally drawing fundamentals, storytelling and development, and business fundamentals should be taught more. All seem like topics high yield topics that can help growth in the long run. I think beginners like me who are looking to advance at art or get into the industry will greatly benefit from learning these.

For me definitely business and project planning. But mostly I see my worst problems in perspective camera movement and stuff. I Just can't move things in perspective. That makes animation so interesting. My sequences always look well.. Even. The only thing I can do to make it 3D is turnarounds

mostly its planning and being organise for the project. I have ADHD so its difficult for me to get started on planning and organising.
